IMPORTANT INFO:

•  Only scholars whose names are on the list (whose name(s) you entered, and that we’ve received payment for) will be admitted.  

•  If you are purchasing tickets closer than a week prior to the event date (after 5/18) we won’t have time to have a shirt made for them, therefore they will not receive a custom shirt.  

•  This is not a school sponsored event.

•  While we are taking extra precautions by renting out Urban Air for the exclusive use of our Trivium Prep Community Only, Urban Air nor parents in attendance are ultimately responsible for your children.  We also discourage children from leaving the building unless you have arrived to pick them up and also assume no liability should they leave.  So please inform them that they are to stay inside until you arrive to get them. 

•  Due to the nature of this being a private event they will not recognize “memberships” outside of normal business hours.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

Alright, enough with the business side of things... THIS IS GOING TO BE EPIC!  Thanks for allowing them to join in making this a memorable celebration for their promotion into the “high school” side of prep!  Time is flying!  Let’s make the most of it, especially after the year they’ve had!  They deserve some celebrating!
